Is Game Of Thrones a big mistake or something worth playing?
Welcome everyone to the Game Of Thrones Review. More or less most of us have watched the TV show Game of Thrones, which in my opinion is one of the few worth watching shows out there. I believe it was a matter of time before a video games studio would try to make the show into a game. It’s not the first time and it won’t be the last that successful movies, shows or books are being exploited to the maximum and sacrificed on the altar of the Profit god. The thing is how good is going to be the transition from the one entertainment genre to the other. So come follow me and find out for yourselves as I have explored all the aspects of the game.
Game of Thrones is an action role-playing video game (arpg) based on ”A Game of Thrones” book series and particularly the first of the ”A Song of Ice and Fire” novels by George R. R. Martin, and the TV adaptation by HBO, Game of Thrones. The game was developed by Cyanide and published by Atlus in North America and Focus Home Interactive in Europe and Australia.
The story of Game of Thrones takes place during the first book of the series when Jon Arryn, the Hand of King Robert Baratheon, is found dead at King’s Landing. The players can follow two story lines: the Red Priest Alester Sarwyck, and the Ranger of the Night’s Watch /skinchanger (Warg) Mors Westford. Two stories are told alternatively, chapter by chapter, until at some point their paths cross each other during a common quest. Their totally original story was canonized by George R.R. Martin himself. That’s right. This story won’t be found in the books or the TV show or anywhere else. This story will be told in this game.
