Max Payne 3 Review

Is Max Payne 3 A Worthy Third Person Shooter Successor Of The Max Payne Series?

Welcome everyone to the Max Payne 3 review, the last part (up until now) of the magnificent Max Payne series. Max Payne 3 is a third person shooter developed by Rockstar Studios and published by Rockstar Games. It is the story of a man clinging to the past, refusing to move on. An ex detective, whom his wife and baby daughter were brutally murdered cause he was investigating a case he should not have.

After going on a vigilante rampage desperately trying to find who was behind the deaths of his loved ones and leaving behind him a trail of dead bodies plus somehow along the way he managed to murder the son of a local mafia Don, he fled New York with his friend Raul Passos. They both get a job as bodyguards of Rodrigo Branco a wealthy man living in Sao Paolo, Brazil. Of course Max is like bad luck on two legs and for another time life fucks him up. Where ever he goes piles of bodies are created. Although he isnt the cause of it only one of the symptoms, still the result is the same. Due to the past events Max is addicted to painkillers and alcohol and he cant find a meaning to his life.

All the Max Payne installments are heavily story driven. Corruption, greed, violence, conspiracies, murders, lies create a complex bloody web and Max is stuck at the middle of it trying get free. With noteworthy and memorable characters I have not met a player of the MP series not having a feeling of satisfaction after the end of the game.

I do not want to waste more time so lets see what are the good, the bad, the personal likes and dislikes of this tps.
